    Jon -Glad to see that you are back doing these faithfully.
    Yeah stay away from those almond joy pieces! -sometimes it helps me to keep dark chocolate in the freezer and just get a little bit when I have a chocolate craving. Dark chocolate is better for you than milk chocolate and I think that if it is cold you aren’t as likely to eat as much? Maybe it’s just me.

    Dark chocolate will stifle out the craving much faster than any other kind of chocolate. And it being frozen helps as well. Try it – for real. Wanna see you have a great year, buddy!

    If you want to continue to lose weight, you need to get your sleep! Staying up late and getting up early is NOT good for you. Research it man. You're body needs sleep and getting it make you healthier and will keep you motivated to drop the pounds! It was cool seeing you last night.
