Meal 1: Protein Shake
Meal 2: .5 can of tuna with whole wheat bread
Meal 3: Chicken and Salad
Meal 4: Tuna and Fiber one Bar
Meal 5: Grilled Talapia and 1 cup of Brown Rice Steamed. 1 tsp of Flax Seed Oil ( it was nasty)

Jon – these hills and valleys in life are especially hard when you are trying to lose weight. You know it, and you KNOW I know that. But – by listening to your Mama, to your friends, to yourself, and to our Lord, you are back and you just keep at it! I’m so excited for you a) about the 12-week workout sessions and b) your trip to NY! Those are some GREAT things you have going for you – keep your head up, know that God is loving the fact that you are fine-tuning your temple to better serve him! Love ya – hang in there
